How bsb.management uses cookies, browser storage and related services.

What these technologies do

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage. They can remember preferences, support website functions or help detect abuse. Some services also receive your IP address and browser information when your device requests a resource.

Our current setup

We disabled Google Analytics and Smartsupp live chat on 7 October 2026. We do not currently use those integrations for analytics, visitor recording or live chat. Our website still uses operational services; it is not cookie-free.

• Complianz: manages cookie preferences and script blocking within WordPress. Cookies with names beginning cmplz_ remember your consent choices and the policy version. We have not enabled its external website scan or cookie-database synchronisation.
• hCaptcha: helps protect the enquiry form from spam and automated abuse. It processes technical and interaction information and may use browser storage for security and verification. See hCaptcha’s privacy policy.
• WordPress: supports website functions. For example, wpEmojiSettingsSupports is session storage that checks whether your browser can display emoji. Login and administration cookies apply when an authorised administrator signs in; visitors do not need an account to enquire.
• Security: hosting and security tools process requests and may use security tokens to protect the website and forms.
• Polylang: connects the English and Turkish pages. It may use a cookie named pll_language to remember a language preference. You can choose your language using the EN / TR links; automatic browser-language redirection is disabled.

Your choices

Use the consent banner’s controls, when shown, to reject optional technologies or manage your preferences. Necessary functions may remain active. You can also remove or block cookies and site storage through your browser settings. Clearing storage can reset your preferences, and blocking security or form resources may prevent the enquiry form from working. You can always email hello@bsb.management.

Cookies may last for the browsing session or until their expiry or removal. Local storage can remain until cleared by the website or your browser. Session storage normally ends when the relevant browsing session closes. Our consent controls provide further information about recognised categories and available choices.

Cookies from the previous website

If you visited an earlier version of this website, your browser or the historical cookie inventory may still contain Google Analytics entries beginning _ga or Smartsupp entries beginning ssupp. Disabling the integrations does not itself erase existing browser storage or historical provider records. Termly browser storage, such as TERMLY_API_CACHE, may also remain from the previous consent tool, which we replaced on 8 October 2026. These entries can be removed through your browser’s site-data settings.

External services

Fonts are delivered by Google Fonts, which receives technical details as part of the request. Booking links open Google Calendar; LinkedIn links open LinkedIn. Once you visit these services, their own privacy and cookie information applies. These are links, rather than embedded booking or social feeds.
